Your animation needs improvements.You think Juanford picks a noob animator[ no offense ] just like that!?!?
He need good animator!!! Well he did'nt pick me too because he always tells me to improve! Why he said that?
Because he need good ones.Luckily,I have'nt been picked.He's sucks.

Like the guys below me said, you animate very well for a begginer, I seen potential at your "Madness Test Animation" at the ending, you grown so much with just that movie that I thought: "Wow, don't even look the same animation skill", however, posting tests on the portal isn't something good to do, but I think you already know that.
Also don't worry, Juanford's Collabs just have experienced/veteran animators, I think you should keep making tests and post them on posts to improve even more your skills ;)
